Plot Transfer Procedure
If you have decided to buy a plot in here, there is a procedure to follow to get ownership of the plot. First and foremost, to get the ownership of a plot in state life housing society you will have to pay a light token to the seller. After you will pay the light Token to the owner or seller of the plot, the seller will hand over the photocopy of the plot documents to you. Once you have the photocopy of the plot documents, you will take those documents to the society office to verify them.
To verify the documents you will have to go to the society office which is located at 531 A block near Central Park. After the verification, the transfer set documents are acquired and to get the transfer documents you will have to pay the sum of 350 rupees. Transfer set documents are acquired from the office.
